Yes, we will have a member of our dining room team to focus on our guests’ special dietary concerns, including allergies. Guests complete a pre-arrival dining form to alert our culinary team about any special needs.

Yes. Please note that the shipping and receiving department of the hotel is run by FedEx and thus we, nor the hotel staff have any flexibility on the charges that our guests incur to receive packages at the hotel or to have them delivered to their rooms. The hotel is happy to receive packages on behalf of our guests, however, ALL boxes and bags, large or small, that are shipped to the hotel address will incur a receiving fee based on weight per package.  In ADDITION, there is a fee that is incurred for delivery to your room.
